We want you to love your Maybelline New York products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly through our website. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
